Today is National Chicken Soup for the Soul Day which celebrates who you are and how you get there. Take time to nurture your soul on November 12th.

A little chicken soup does a lot of good. It’s warm and hearty. As we cup our hands around the bowl, the heat radiates into our bodies. The steam hits our face with a comforting aroma. Similar to what chicken soup does for our bodies, the regular nurturing of our souls benefits our health. Whether you pick up a book, meditate or go for a long walk, reflect on who you are and your achievements.

Once it gets and stays a little cooler here at Ringville, I will start putting my homemade soups & chilis on our dinner menu schedule.

Good morning Linda and Nancy. It's 70 degrees, headed for a high of 75 and I'm still not wearing pants. I might have to finally take the jeans out of the closet next week, Monday and Tuesday the high is only supposed to be in the 50s with low temperatures around 40.

I like soup but I don't make my own, I open a can of Progresso.

Hi there! 3.5" of rain fell, but stopped for us to work on holiday displays. I worked almost 5 hours running and plugging extension cords and I'm tired.
