Latitude Margaritaville communities are being developed by Minto and global lifestyle brand, Margaritaville. These communities are inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of singer, songwriter, and best-selling author Jimmy Buffett whose songs evoke a passion for tropical escape and relaxation.
