From USA Today: “Norwegian opens first Jimmy Buffett-themed bar”

Norwegian Cruise Line has opened its first 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar on the Norwegian Star, installed along with a number of other improvements in a recent dry dock.

The 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar is the fruit of a partnership with entertainer Jimmy Buffett, who has other such bars on land. The one aboard Norwegian Star will be the first at sea.

The Buffett-inspired bar will serve signature margaritas and “boat drinks” such as the “Who’s to Blame Margarita,” along with LandShark Lagers and more. The bar will also have nightly live musical performances.

Another 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar is being installed on the new Norwegian Escape coming to Miami in the fall. Margaritaville Holdings LLC and Norwegian Cruise Line are also building a Margaritaville resort on Harvest Cay, in Belize and on Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas.
