From CBS4: Dolphin Stadium To Become LandShark Stadium
It’s confirmed. Dolphin Stadium has a new name and a new business partner. The name is LandShark Stadium and the business partner is singer and author Jimmy Buffett.
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, who is a longtime friend of Buffett’s, will announce the new partnership with Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Enterprises on Friday. LandShark Lager is a beer that Buffett markets in a deal with Anheuser-Busch.
The announcement will be made at an exclusive event during which Buffett will commemorate the occasion with a special performance and a song inspired by the Miami Dolphins and their fans before unveiling the new logo.
