Foxboro and state police say last Saturday’s fourth Annual New England Country Music Festival drew the rudest parking lot crowd ever at a stadium event, and are working on ways to keep it from happening again.
Stadium advisory committee Chairman George Bell called the festival a "soft test" for the Jimmy Buffett concerts on Sept. 2 and Sept. 8.
