From Craig: Jimmy visited the Friday edition of The Steve Dahl show in Chicago. Talked for quite some time with Steve then took some calls.
Jimmy mentioned two Las Vegas tour dates: October 21st & 27th. He also mentioned some warm-up dates in smaller venues (Santa Barbara CA).
The new album due out in October will be called: "Nothing But a Breeze". The album will feature Mark Knopfler, Gomez, Jake Shimabukuro, Bill Payne, and Sonny Landreth. The album was recorded in Key West, Muscle Shoals, and London.
A caller just read his book "A Salty Piece of Land" and wanted to know if he had another book planned. Jimmy said he tries to write about a page a day even though he doesn’t have a book deadline or anything.
