The event is organized by the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. “One of our club members has family that lives in Biloxi,” said Doug Cunningham, an Alliance veterinarian and president of the local chapter, who came up with the fundraising idea. “Their home was just devastated. We wanted to help them, and that got us started on wanting to do something for other people who suffered.”
