Just a heads up but Jimmy has been in Key West at Shrimp Boat Sound with the great jam band Little Feat working on a new CD. The CD will feature a variety of guests including Jimmy and it will be released on his Mailboat Records imprint. Band member and keyboard whiz Bill Payne will also be on the road with Jimmy this summer for several shows. (thanks to Brian)
Update: Pretty sure Jimmy’s in South America right now, he’s incommunicado for a few weeks. The Little Feat album was all but wrapped up, they did record at Shrimp Boat, but it was in November.
