From Josh Leo: Just wanted to let you all know that the Vinyl Kings (assorted ex-reefers who recorded and/ or toured in the old days) have a new CD out for your dancing and dining pleasure. It is a little different from the first “Beatle sounding” CD” A Little Trip” that we released in 2002. This one has Beatle overtones as well as Beach Boy sounding songs. And to make sure you’re totally confused, a Marvin Gaye sounding tune as well. All are original songs written by your’s truly and the other band member’s. Although we are all grateful for what the big cheese has done for us, there are no Buffett sounding songs on this CD. Let’s face it everybody else is jumping on that band wagon-no need for more. Anyway- would love to see and hear what you think of the music.
