“I wanted to write a brief note to say how disappointed I was to hear of Jimmy’s loss. I was so excited to have received VIP passes to the Irvine concert. I made plans for a limo ride from Bakersfield to the venue. I am a huge fan who drives all my friends crazy by reciting JB lyrics ALL of the time. I was beside myself with excitement for the coming concert. When I heard the concert was canceled and Jimmy’s mother was ill I took the opportunity to arrange to keep the limo ride and take my Mom who is battling cancer on a ride to pick up other family members and go to dinner with a long lost neighbor/friend who has recently begun a battle with cancer herself.
