You can vote online at www.countryweekly.com between August 5-19 OR by sending in the ballot in the August 19th issue (the one with Garth & Trisha on the cover).
The 3rd and final ballot containing the top 5 nominees in each category will appear in the Sept 30th Country Weekly and online voting for the final round will be available Sept 16 – 30. Winners will be announced in the December 23, 2003 issue.
