GREAT NEWS Virginia Parrotheads! It looks like the plates are soon to be a reality. Raleigh Warner has been working for over two years to make this happen and we got the word today that Jimmy’s attorneys have approved the use of the word “Parrot Head”. He will be submitting the design to DMV this week. So far, he has 35 applications. As soon as he receives 350, the plates will be produced.
