Mac McAnally in Atlanta

Mac McAnally: The Jimmy Buffett sideman is back for another show of rock, blues, folk and country. As a songwriter, McAnally has provided hits for Buffett (“It’s My Job”), Alabama (“Old Flame”), Shenandoah (“Two Dozen Roses”) and without his input, Sawyer Brown’s “Greatest Hits 1990-1995” would be half as long. Even famed thespian Adrienne Barbeau has done one of his tunes. The Alabama-born Renaissance man operates his own recording studio in Muscle Shoals, Ala., and his nine-album career includes a stint as the first artist signed to Geffen Records.
