From Kristin: At last night’s show in Chicago Jimmy said Thursday’s show and the one on Saturday night were beeing recorded and sent to our troops overseas.
I was at the show in Chicago, and It was great, as usual. There was so much energy in the crowd. At the beginning of the show Jimmy said inspite of all that has been going on the past two weeks we were going to leave our worries at the door and play some Jimmy Buffett! It was very touching the way he kept taling about the events that took place two weeks ago. Another think he said that really struck me was that our children should only be seeing balloons and confetti falling from the sky. Tonight’s show was a definate break from the everyday grind. But you know something is truely wrong when even at a Jimmy Buffett show you have to come back to reality.
