19- Margarita = 12. 12/2 = 6 Martin = 6

16 - Martin = 10. 10/2= 5 Five O'Clock = 5 (astonishingly)

Five O'Clock + (2 x Martin) * Margarita = (5 + (2*6))*7 = 133.

BUT

Five O'Clock + (2 x Martin) * Margarita really means LET'S PARTY with Bubba and Mac.
