Welcome THURSDAY @ the MSC

Post by Saltx3 »

Good Morning!

SUN, SUN, SUN :). It's cooler this morning - like mid 60's. But as long as the sun is out I'm happy!

First night in 2 weeks I didn't wake up -- no coughing !!!!

Tonight we are going out for an Italian dinner at a family-owned place that every one has told us is "the best" in the area. We snagged a 2 for $48 dinner coupon in a local mailer. They have limited hours and are only a Mon-Fri place. I had asked Kevin to make reservations (for part of my Month of September Birthday) and we were scheduled for 6:00 on Monday, Sept 29. Tuesday morning I was sitting here at the computer and yelled out to him when are we going to dinner? Yep - we BOTH FORGOT !!!. How sad is that???? So now, it's written on 3 places that we see often.

At least I'm feeling well enough to enjoy my dinner.

Glad you're feeling better, Linda!
We're busy busy busy at the shop. Tuesday was my day off and I had another therapy appointment and then I met up with a distant cousin on my dad's side of the family to give her some old family photos and some other things like funeral bulletins and obituary clippings...we sat and talked for 2 hours over lunch. She was so thankful for the pictures and it was so nice to get to know her a little bit better.
Bryan has an appointment on Saturday with a company that cleans out hoards and we're waiting for an estimate from a company that can cut down the overgrown vegetation around the house. Hopefully we'll be able to get started soon, but we're still waiting for the judge to issue the document that states I am the executor of the estate. Lots of spinning wheels and getting nowhere.

Hope they start spinning in the right direction soon. :(

We've been having a great time. Weather is hot (but not TOO hot), we sat at the edge of the water for about 90 minutes. :D Trying to decide what to do for dinner, after we've showered and cleaned up. :D

Check in later. :D

Hi there! Anne and I join a group of older women at MacDonalds Thursday and today they celebrated 2 upcoming birthdays, one of which is Anne's. There were 2 cakes and a dozen cards, some with small gift cards. She was touched.

I'm glad you are FINALLY healing, Linda.

Keep us postedon the house, Tammy.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
