Good Morning!
Looking to be a nice day at my locale.
Off to chair Yoga and then back to the library later this afternoon for team trivia.
We were busy outside again yesterday. I planted a few more annuals in the front flower bed, a knock-out rose bush on the garage side of the house and pulled a few more whatever they are things out of the yard so the grass is able to come through. Once they are yanked out they don't come back but we find more of them poking through each day. It seems to be a never ending process but we are told it will make a difference. Soon our hired lawn guy will come to aerate and fertilize. Then we just need to keep watering. We did get a contract for lawn irrigation but that won't be installed until June.
Have a beautiful day !

Good morning, Linda. Money spent on lawn care here would be less money for fishing, so weeds win. I towed my boat 25 miles to the dealer for scheduled work today, but they are backed up and it will be at least a week before it's done.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good afternoon.
I had a doctor's appointment this morning. The good news, I lost 4 pounds since my last visit 6 months ago. That beer and burger diet is working.
The bad news, the doctor who treated my shoulder separation 51 years ago and told me I might develop arthritis as I got older was right.
It was such a nice day I went to the park for a walk after I left the doctor's office then I went to the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet and had an early lunch at a waterfront restaurant. On the way home it was pretty windy and with all the pollen we have down here it looked like a dust storm on Hwy 17.

I see all the pollen and surprisingly I’m not constantly sneezing or have itchy red swollen eyes like I had for 30 yrs up north. Seems it’s a different tree but that’s ok with me.LIPH wrote: ↑March 24, 2025 12:49 pm Good afternoon.
