Who’s Going To Shaw’s Parking Lot in Mansfield 8/12?
Buffettnews moderators, this is not speculation about Jimmy Buffett playing Great Woods on 8/12 so no need to block this thread. I am simply asking who is going to the Shaw’s parking lot right down the road from Great Woods on the date Jimmy Buffett typically plays Mansfield. Sure, this is the parking lot where people gather and organize before we caravan up to the “best parking lot on the tour, the Great Woods parking lot” (quote directly from Jimmy Buffett). But beyond that there is no connection and/or speculation OR dare I say hope that Mr. Buffett will play Great Woods on 8/12. None. None, whatsoever. I’ll be there buying some burgers and cheese with zero expectation for anything epic to happen beyond grilling some dope ass cheeseburgers either on my deck or, perhaps, in a parking lot somewhere . . . hope to see people there. Shaws. Just Shaws. Nothing else.

Jimmy is playing 8/12 in Mansfield... I 100% think this is true so let's talk about dead cars and car-a-vans. He'll do a few shows in August; Mansfield, Jones Beach and Charleston and maybe one other one in the east coast/north east area ... I'd bet Jon's life on it happening!

Am I to understand the only reason people were doing shots in the Shaw’s Parking lot early in the morning with a bunch of strangers dressed in coconuts and thongs was for a Buffett show? That wasn’t a normal thing?
