A month ago you were saying Wrigley confirmed, now it’s Northerly. Consider me a bit of a skeptic.

Venue's change bookings all the time so Wrigley was originally on the list

That would indicate that musicians sign multiple different contracts in hopes of booking a show on a specific date.

That doesn't sound very likely.

The silence has me worried that he’s dialing it back this summer or taking the year off. Then again, he hasn’t said he’s NOT touring, so here we patiently wait. It’d be a little disappointing if he didn’t come to Alpine (especially after last years rain out lead to a makeup date I couldn’t attend), but if he decided to take a year off for his health I’d understand. Hopefully we hear some more concrete info soon! 🤞🏻

Thank you, yes I saw that. Like everyone else I wonder when he will announce dates. I'm sure many would like a little bit of time to make travel arrangements.

Oh, that is definitely welcome news. Both the new album and a summer tour. I’d imagine we start to hear things in the next couple of weeks then. Here’s hoping Alpine makes the cut!

Even though rumors have said both Wrigley and Northerly Island, I'm holding out hope for Alpine.

A rep did tell me that Alpine was having 6 shows and they have only announced 1.

Fins crossed!

Wrigley just announced another concert on 8/25. Very well possible Buffett plays 8/26, unfortunately

How many concerts does Wrigley have now? I know they do have a limit, but almost always have artists share stages, so a second show that weekend would make sense.

The Jonas Brothers (my oldest daughter loves them) is the 10th concert at Wrigley. I belive 10 is the limit.

Guns N Roses is the day before, so they probally wouldn't have 3 shows in a row.

Didn't even think about that. This concert currently means 48 night events at Wrigley.

Glad to know Wrigley is out of the running for the Buffett concert sweepstakes.

I still don't understand the appeal of having concerts at Wrigley Field. No taligating, old ballpark. Give me a Saturday night at Alpine over Wrigley Field 10 times out of 10.

I have nothing against Wrigley per se (other than my disdain for the Cubs/fans), but Alpine is a hundred times a better venue for a concert, especially for tailgating. Keeping my fingers crossed!🤞

Wrigley Field was okay as a novelty for a few shows, but most people are well over it now. Alpine is vastly better with the tailgating and the beautiful southeastern Wisconsin countryside. With a summer tour promised but nothing released for dates, it seems that it will be a limited tour. Maybe he'll play the bigger venues so he doesn't have to do as many shows in a relatively short period of time. It appears that they are hedging their bets based on Jimmy's recovery or health condition. The shorter shows are not a good indicator for a lengthy summer tour. Thanks for all the great memories, Jimmy.

Alpine just announced their 2nd concert.

Post Malone 7/15.

If the ricket rep was truthful with me, still 4 more concerts to go.
