Charles, what kind of brine? Been using a brine bath recipe for years, immersed in the liquid for 24 hours. Such great flavor and the meat doesn’t dry out in the fridge all weekend so leftovers are great, too. Thinking about a dry brine this year.
I've been using Naturiffic Harvest Brine for several years now. Great flavor and super easy with minimal mess.
