Upon further consideration, I believe Critterville Cove will be a futuristic place where all the actual labor will be done by robots (wearing coconut bras and grass skirts). That will free all of us to while away our days wandering along the beach, lounging in our hula-hula hammocks and lubricating our livers.

I just bought the empty lot beside SurfPirate's beachfront Surf shop for my dive shop. "The Nautical Wheeler" will be right down the beach in the marina.
As the Planning Comittee, we should have area maps made that highlight all the area businesses and attractions.

Hey-remember those maps back in the 70's/80's that showed all the local areas of interest (they were sold as posters I think)...."someone"
