Good morning, kids!!!
Rained overnight here but it is warm enough to have the front door open this morning. (It’s April in Michigan, so 60 degrees is open window time…)
Enjoying coffee and the birds singing. Have a few errands to run sometime today, although they may wait until next weekend so I can avoid crowds. Need to finish laundry and run a vacuum sometime today, too.
Other than that, the agenda includes finishing the Jack Terry book I am re-reading and maybe starting another. Trying to work through the Tricky Dick series to see if I can solve at least one of the mysteries….
Enjoy your day and weekend, everyone!

Good morning, Mel & BN.
Nice and warm in Vacationland, too. Sun is emerging just in time for some yard work. Then just cleaning and chores for brunch company tomorrow. Keet will be here for a few days, too.
Have a lovely day, y’all!

Good morning. They finished working on the parking lot yesterday so I don't have to park across the street at the church anymore.
It's about 75 degrees, maybe I'll grab my iPod, go to the park and listen to some tunes while I take a leisurely stroll.

Good morning Mel, Nancy, Debbie, and Larry!!
We got up around 6:30 today. Stripped the bedding and it's in the wash now.
Sun is shining so yesterday's snow will be melting. Was supposed to have around 6", and it's only about an inch.
Not a lot on the agenda today, and I like it that way.

Hi there! We had a great pizza with a beer and soda for 19.81. Good and cheap.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

I bet the church is as relieved as you residents are... I suspect they will need all their parking spots for their church-goers tomorrow!LIPH wrote: April 19, 2025 9:50 am Good morning. It got up to 80° here... and I admit I am not a fan of it so soon... I want my 60s!

Hello All !
Beautiful day at the beach. We had a harder than usual time finding a parking space but the beach itself wasn't terribly crowded. We stayed about 2 hours (took my girlfriend with the broken foot). when we left it seemed that quite a few folks were using the multiple picnic/grill areas (which are large and shaded) so that may have contributed to the full parking lots.
Neighbors coming at 7 to have some drinks and then play a few rounds of Sequence.
Tomorrow will be early church service and then to our best friends for Easter dinner.
See ya'll tomorrow
