Jimmy's website has a "special edition" of this DVD that includes 3 bonus songs: Volcano, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Margaritaville. Does anybody have this & can advise on if these tracks are studio or live performances? Here's link for reference:

Welcome to Fin City is a compilation of Jimmy's 2011 Las Vegas shows which were performed on October 15 & 22 2011. Welcome to Fin City was released in 3 formats DVD, Blu-Ray and two disc CD/DVD edition. The audio CD contains 14 songs recorded during the two 2011 Las Vegas shows and the DVD and Blu-Ray contain video of the same 14 songs plus a bonus music video for the song Elvis Presley Blue, which was recorded in Las Vegas separate from the two concerts.

The Special Edition contains three additional songs from the two 2011 Las Vegas shows and the Elvis Presley Blues music video
