Ticketmaster and the Phoenix show

I am no conspiracy theorist, but damn what happened with tix at the PHX show?

I was on-line EXACTLY at 10 and the first "best available" were in the back of section 200 for 2 tickets. It is hard to beleive that NONE of the 100 sections were available at all. Each refresh resulted in tix from venue left to right and rear to front. By 1020, I gave up and ended in section 204 row qq.
