I was just going to make the same point. All the talk on this board wanting Jimmy to play less SYKBH and more lesser known songs because that's what "Real Parrotheads" wants now looks baseless.

Now no more complaining from anyone here that he always plays the standard 8-10 greatest hits songs at each show.

The people have spoken.
Well, you could argue that he should at least give Cheeseburger, WDWGD, and Grapfruit a rest since they all lost in the first round.
Be fair, though...CIP lost to another SYKBH in round 1.
Technically yes

Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,

With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

What did we learn form this?

The top 8 Buffett Songs are:

Margaritaville
OPH
Last Mango
SOSOS
Pirate @ 40
Changes In Latitudes
Come Monday
Fins

:-?

Maybe he should start playing all these songs at every concert

Just an FYI where the song we're voting on came from:
RoadToTheFinalFour wrote: How did I choose the songs? Using the BN Song Database’s “Songs Played Live the Most.” Unfortunately, there is no way to choose THE top 65 songs. Although it’s not complete, the SPLTM list is the most objective.

I understand how the songs in the top 65 were selected, my point is very often people make pots here saying they wish he would play less "great Hits" song and more, for a lack of a better word obscure songs. If nothing else this whole voting thing proved something, the reason why he plays the standard 8-10 songs at every show is because the majority of people want to hear them.

Give the people what they want. SyKbH are beloved by old and new parrotheads. Despite much moaning and grumbling at times they are a delight to listen to in concert.

Thanks to everyone that played!!!

Sorry I was a little late in finishing the last two "games." I had to go away this weekend and didn't really plan the tournament ahead.

I'm going to unlock all the threads in a little bit. I'm just really busy right now. That damb "life" thing keeps getting in the way!

Again thanks for playing and I hope you all had fun!!! :D
