Colonel Pimp:

Perhaps this would be a good time to take a moment & observe your general environment. If you're searching for a highly structured milieu, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Intended only as constructive criticism, of course.

Col. Pimp - or Reality? or whomever. Darling, you must not look at this site much, I don't think there is one post site that has stayed true to topic. Just throw your 2 cents in about the subject and people will comment on it - on topic or not!

Come on and have some fun, and welcome to fruitcake central!

agreed with both, but, just since I'm not the smartest coconut in the tree, either, looked it up to make certain I was using is properly (was): here's from webster's:

Main Entry: mi·lieu
Pronunciation: mEl-'y&(r), -'yü; 'mEl-"yü, mE-ly[OE]
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural milieus or mi·lieux /-'y&(r)(z), -'yüz;
-"yü(z), -ly[OE](z)/
Etymology: French, from Old French, midst, from mi middle (from
Latin medius) + lieu place, from Latin locus -- more at MID, STALL
Date: 1854
: the physical or social setting in which something occurs or develops :
ENVIRONMENT

Use it three times, it's yours forever? Always trying to help,

your pal,

WD

Son & CS -- hope that didn't sound snotty. Was just trying to verify I'd used it properly myself. I've got a big, snotty vocabulary sometimes, & I assume (hope) you'll take it with a grain of salt.

WD,
I admire those with big, snotty vocabularies. I'm
always looking for ways to improve mine. You're a credit to DU.

These days being a Rocket Scientist just isn't something to brag about!

Looks like that silly rocket ship has lost it's cone-shaped head. o/~ o/~

capt. toni -- if you read that, you've been reading for a while & I see you're finally jumping into posting in a fine fashion. Welcome!!! (I forget -- I believe I'm third in line as official greeter, & Ohio's not here yet, & PGH has already posted that they're heading out for tonight's concert -- imagine there's gonna be a thin line between Thursday night & Sunday morning for those girls!) Are you still lucky enough to be in Colorado? I'm now in Texas (don't hate me!!! I still say, when asked, that I live here, but I'm not FROM here). Lest that sound harsh, in Colorado there is little so reviled as Texans....especially in ski resorts. (Heard from a poma lift on a bunny slope: 'hep me!! hep me!! it's dragging me up the hill.....' sideways, I might add)

Anyway, glad to see you & keep up the good work.

This is a pretty good album, although I slightly prefer "Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays". Still, a great live album!
