On the road again SUNDAY in the MSC 11/28

Post by Elrod »

We've had a great Thanksgiving weekend visiting family. It's time to get on the road and head towards home.

(Some of us enjoyed the football game more than others...) 8)

Ryan decided to put the tree up yesterday. It is only a 4 ft prelit, but enough for the 3 of us. He scoured the house for Disney pins like last year...alot of Stitch pins because that is his favorite.

Evening, peeps. 8)

Frosty cold in Vacationland, winter has definitely arrived. [smilie=shake.gif] Except for walking the pup I'm parked here by the fire, finishing up a training thing for work and watching some football. And finally the last of the turkey leftovers, Mr. Lime made turkey pot pie.

Too early for our tree, Molly, but we do have lights up and it looks so nice with the snow/ice outside.

Penny & E - great picture. Safe travels. :wench:

I agree with it being early. We usually wait until middle of Dec. Not sure why got started so early but it's ok with me.

What do you do with the pins, hang them like ornaments?

Been busy today. Church then dragging out of the numerous Christmas decoration boxes. Unlike prior years I emptied one box at a time after carrying all of the fall decorations downstairs and packing up that huge tote container.

I actually got a lot done at a steady pace instead of my normal energizer bunny speed. 😊

Back to work tomorrow after the 4 day weekend. Starting with a criminal trial on a case from September that ended in A hung jury.

Both programs came up big! (That last drive was definitely too close for comfort. :o )

We had a great time this weekend. Stopped en route to recharge a little and will finish the drive tomorrow.

I met a pre med college student today. I asked "pre med, eh?" He immediately replied, "and parrothead!" He must have seen my car stickers.
