It's rainy and windy and cold and gray here and our furnace ain't working! Called the people that do our annual maintenance and they say they can have someone out Tuesday of next week.

I was just thinking about you guys!Rabbitz wrote: ↑October 25, 2021 4:20 pm Hello all,
Nice weather in store today. Sunny, high 80's.
Oh well it's almost 7 am so I guess I'd better coffee myself and then think about packing boxes...
(Not at work today - I am having a mental health day plus with the next move on the horizon I need to get some packing sorted)

Hey everyone!
Lots of nasty weather and health issues hitting some of us.
Work for me is still strained but each day is one closer to retirement so there’s that.

Phin power to him & your family KenDr.Corona wrote: ↑October 25, 2021 6:33 pm Neurologist diagnosis is indeed Guillain-Barre syndrome. Treating with the Immunoglobulin therapy, using antibodies from blood donors (thanks for your contributions Larry) to help fight off his own immune system attacking his nerves. Hopeful this makes an impact & can help minimize the weakness, tingling, fatigue, etc. of his extremities. Seems that he came in before things got to out of hand & too debilitating. Still, a scary proposition that we know this exists & can make an possible impact down the road. Not sure how much of this he'll have to do.
