We're currently rooting for Iowa against Penn State. And then later we'll be rooting for Nebraska against TTUN.

Not Scandinavian but I did work at a Scandanavian restaurant once. Introduced me to acquavit and to lingonberries - delicious!

I had dinner at a Scandanavian restaurant in Manhattan once. There were a lot of fish dishes on the menu so I had Swedish meatballs. They weren't very good. I don't remember what I had to drink, it may have been acquavit because the name of the restaurant was Acquavit.

That is the place. Right by MOMA in a townhouse that belonged to one of the Rockefellers. There is, or was, a gorgeous and enormous copper-backed waterfall in the dining room. Simply stunning.

It was a beautiful place, and as I recall it was pretty expensive. It was a long time ago, I went with a group of co-workers when I was still a temp. The firm hired me as a permanent employee in June, 1999 so it was before then.
