Walk Ins Welcome WEDNESDAY@ the MSC
Good morning BN. Does anyone make reservations for dining out, or do just wing it?
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Bill, and Deb!
E and I make reservations every Friday at the same place. They're popular and busy. But it's pretty much the only place that we do.
Off to finish getting ready for the workday.
TTFN!!

Morning, y'all!
Gorgeous sunny day in Vacationland, I will be working and lurking from the deck today.
And we always make reservations in the summer months, otherwise there are no open tables except 5:00 or 9:00. Off season we just wing it.

Hiya Nancy! Funny, 5:00 is what we always make our reservations for. Can't eat later than that.lime rickie wrote: ↑July 28, 2021 7:57 am And we always make reservations in the summer months, otherwise there are no open tables except 5:00 or 9:00. Off season we just wing it.

Good Morning BN'ers!! Quick glance of the thread title made me think of the Ventures song, Walk Don't Run. Love me some great Surf Guitar!
Can't think of any places around here that take reservations. A few that pack em in do "call ahead" seating where they put you on a list when you call but if you don't get there by the time your number is called you're out of luck.
Today's my Friday as previously mentioned, taking couple days off for as a Michiganders say, a trip "Up North"
I see Penny & E doing the out-of-town thing as well this weekend. Enjoy you two!
Good Day to all out there in BN Land

Morning, BN. The weather looks like it might be nice today.
The Mets got trashed last night. Their starting pitcher...well, let's just say that he wasn't all that good. Apparently he's not good to begin with.
Have a good one.

Good morning. I was going to wait until tomorrow to do laundry but it's very overcast and it's been raining on and off all morning. Might as well do some indoor stuff.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Hi there! I had a good workout at the gym and saw 2 other old people. The receptionist had tatto sleeves. I fought the urge to tell her a story of my painting that lead to a bad tattoo. It's a fine line between being an interesting story teller and the old village coot.

Re: Walk Ins Welcome WEDNESDAY@ the MSC
I have no tattoos, have no interest in getting any although I joked during my girls weekend when they found out I still had Birthday & Christmas 2020 cash left to spend that I would get a bright pink Flamingo somewhere not horribly obvious or completely hidden. However, since I only have 1 piercing in each ear (at the ripe old age of 20) they know I would never follow through with itbodypainter wrote: ↑July 28, 2021 12:57 pm Hi there! “The members of ZZ Top, Billy [Gibbons], and Frank [Beard], would like to share that Dusty, their fearless bass player, is on a short detour back to Texas to address a hip issue,” a band statement confirmed. “They await a speedy recovery and [to] have him back pronto. Per Dusty’s request the show must go on! With that directive, ZZ Top has put the services of Mr. Elwood Francis, their trusted guitar tech of the past two decades, into play with his slide guitar, bass guitar and harmonica playing in full swing.” Frontman Billy Gibbons said: “And with Elwood to our right, rest assured ZZ Top will deliver their good time, signature show…

Our friend, Van Wilks toured with ZZ. He is still good friends with Billy Gibbons. I saw Van's post earlier today.
This has not been a good week for us.
Btw...Larry's bday is tomorrow...opps.
Good thing we already did some shopping.
