Good morning. It started raining in the 7th inning last night and by the top of the 8th inning it was pouring. The umpires called the game and the Pelicans lost again. I'm not having much luck this season, they won the first game I went to but they've lost the last 3.

Gorgeous day here! We had storms with heavy downpours last Sat night that caused our driveway to wash out in several places. Most of the gravel & dirt ended up on the patio so I've been shoveling it into a wheelbarrow & returning it to the driveway to fill in the ruts. I'm almost done but I'm taking a break at the tiki watching the hummingbirds for a few.

Is it beer30 yet??

Doing a happy dance here! The A/C is working, and it's 71 degrees in my office, and NOT 91!!!!!
And it's going to be over 100 again today. Broke a Denver record yesterday 101.

Hi there! We took off for a9AM eye appointment at 8:15. Anne had a sore eye. The father of her cataract surgeon saw her. PictureTim Conway's little old man as an eye doctor. I had to stifle my wish to laugh as he shuffled around. She had a sty. He prescribed anti biotics and we were out by 9:30. The thirty mile drive put us close to the interstate which took us to Erie. Shopping and eating out was her reward for an easy fix to a worrisome eye problem.

Ryan snd I went to get drugs refilled and to Kroger. I discovered walking through the store wasn't good so I used a cart. Sooooo much easier.

After reviewing the stores security camera's, we came across Ryan and Molly using the cart. Rumor is that she was creating that post on her phone while still in the store.

This time last week we were on the road (again) between Nyngan and Cobar on our way to Broken hill where we stopped for the night. It seems like a month ago.

It's quite literally the middle of nowhere!

ATTN HOOTERS FANS:
The Hooters in Pearland TX has been with out a/c for 5+ weeks. The girls have been taking turns stepping into the walkin freezer to cool off.
They have finally had enough and the girls have walked out.
No customers have been in the store because of the heat.

Coming out of the walk in cooler however could be a dangerous situation. That could poke somebodies eye out.
