Tuesday @ the MSC
Good morning everyone!
It's back to work for me today......not sure what awaits me after being out 3 days
But the sun is shining so that's a good thing!

Re: Tuesday @ the MSC
We've just got back from interstate where we picked up the keys to our new house.
Had a great time and met some of our new 'locals'.
Got home to no water. I need a shower. Apparently a water main across the street has burst and they are "working on it". By working on it I mean they are sitting in their trucks reading their phones... It is 9PM here. They arrived at 8AM and have dug two holes, with a mechanical digger.

Good morning Linda. Rabz, that's tough about the water.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning.
I should at least think about checking out of the hotel. I'm about an hour west of Columbia, the state capitol and I think the largest city in the state. If I leave about 9:00, the morning rush hour should be just about over by time I get there and there might not be too much traffic on I-20. It's about a 3 1/2-4 hour drive home so leaving early will get me back to Myrtle Beach before what passes for afternoon rush hour traffic there.

Mine was only 2, and it was nutty yesterday!!!
My town had no water last week for a day, then it was a boil drinking (etc) water order for 3 days. All is back to normal now, tho.
Hi boys and girls. No time to check in this morning before work, and things are still kinda crazy. BUT, the new compressor arrived, and they are installing it today. If all goes well, we should have A/C back tomorrow. It's 88 degrees here at my desk.

When I plugged my GPS in after I checked out of the hotel, it gave me an ETA of 12:49pm. I pulled into the parking lot back home at 12:49pm. I'm shocked, it's almost never right.

Re: Tuesday @ the MSC
It was 223.5 miles, about 135-140 on I-20 and a little less than 10 miles on I-95. I picked up 6 minutes on I-20 but gave it back after I got off I-95. It's almost 70 miles from I-95 to where I live and I hit a lot of red lights.

Re: Tuesday @ the MSC
A new compressor arrived yesterday - day 11 of no A/C - and they're installing today. I feel bad for those guys, cause it's 100 degrees outside.
