Just heard that Jimmy is coming to Pine Knob (DTE) on Thurs Sept 23rd. Tickets go on sale Fri Aug 20th

Any word whether Jimmy will play Detroit this year? We were not on the schedule for 2020 and it looks like a lot of his 2021 shows are reschedule form last year. I heard the July 18th Chicago date can't happen because of a venue conflict. Hopefully Detroit can slide into that spot. I read the rumor ...

Found it. Not sure why the Google search didn't show it. Mapquest says it's a 1 min walk to the venue. Gotta' love that.

Those dates could work but it doesn't seem like Jimmy plays more than 4 shows a month. Which would eliminate Pine Knob in July or August. No shows announced for June yet.

I saw that Chicago got July 18th.
We may be out of luck for a Detroit show this year.

His tour schedule seems to be 4 shows a month. July still has one spot left so it still could be the 18th at Pine Knob.
Don't see any June dates so not sure he Jimmy takes that month off or not.

Boy, Saturday July 18th would be great for a Pine Knob Buffett show.

I'll definitely be passing on anything at Comerica Park again. Went there twice when he was doing the stadium thing and both shows sucked. Acoustics are horrible and as mentioned earlier, the stage is too far away.
While I love seeing Jimmy at Pine Knob, weekday shows really seem to lack something ...

I'm sure he says that at all his shows. I wouldn't necessarily put a whole lot of weight in that statement.

A Saturday show would be great, but I'd take a Thursday or Friday too.

Has anyone heard about a date for Detroit? Hopefully, he'll be back at Pine Knob again. It's such a great venue for both tailgating and the concert.
