Cold front gonna show up tomorrow so gonna grill ribeyes tonight. Then will probably make some chili and/or gumbo for cold weather food.

Will lift a lager tonight at a men's Bible study that meets at a local brewery.

What's snow?

Temp got below 50 a couple of weeks ago so I made chili (State law demands it).

Temps back to the 70s now.

Hey! Has anybody seen January? It was just here.

Linda, my wife's mom was in memory care the last three years of her life (she passed last month after turning 99) and she was eligible for veteran's benefits since her husband was a vet. This really helped with finances.

My li'l blondie makes great brownies and will be doing a double batch for our church bake sale this weekend. I'm making chocolate dipped pretzels which is a Christmas tradition of mine.

Had just mentioned to my wife that they should do a JB tribute and they did. Very cool!

Hope y'all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Going to my nephew's and he and his dad requested brisket so that's what I'm bring. Also smoked a turkey breast for post TG sandwiches.

(((Penny))) My mom passed in 2001 and it took my two brothers and me awhile to go thru all her stuff and sell her house. Sandra's mom is 98 and in memory care but she lived with us for 12 years prior to moving there 2 years ago. We can relate to what you're going thru and you have our condolences.
