Pearl Jam just announced shows at united center. Wondering who else could be playing at Alpine. Dave, ZBB, Dead and co, Phish are already booked for this summer.

Was watching some videos from the show tonight in Virginia Beach and noticed Michael wasn’t with the band. Anyone know what happened or if he will be back?

For alpine there is a new Fairfield inn in lake Geneva and a Hampton inn in elkhorn. Those are probably the two closest besides the lodge and quality inn.

Rage against the machine just moved their tour to 2022 including the July Alpine date.

FWIW Red Rocks released a full schedule of concerts for the 2021 season including the rescheduled Jimmy shows for September.

He gave a shout out to Buffettnews.com when questioning the song was only played 6 times!

With the United Center likely being pushed to 2021 then that puts alpine in the same situation as this year. Hoping for a flat out cancellation of the UC one.

very disappointing. Skipping wrigley,tinley park, northerly and bridgeview for an indoor venue. I'll probably be voluntarily skipping this one for the first time in 15 years.

Wonder if there are any chances of a late summer alpine show perhaps 8/29??

He didn't play alpine in 2005. That's the only year he has skipped Alpine. Maybe we will get an alpine show if there is only one at wrigley. who knows

How about a Labor Day weekend show, so the out of towers can fly in and make a long weekend out of it?

I'm guessing it will be the weekend of July 15-16. James Taylor is playing the 17th and there is also another weekend last week of June with 3 concerts scheduled, so its unlikely he will play then. They usually try and have the concerts all around the same times so to avoid field damage ...

Got an email from City Wjnery Chicago saying Mac Mcanally is playing a show there on August 7. Tickets are $35-$55. Wonder if there will be any guest sit in.

Not sure what people are complaining about the tailgating ban at tinley. Last yea tailgating was allowed as well as the last time they played there in 2006. Tailgating is not allowed at any other concerts at Tinley, but they lift the ban for Buffett shows.
