A follow-up to a story that was reported here “Dream tickets, Not a Dream Price”
Looks like Ebay has modified their policy somewhat, applicable only to events
in the states with anti-scalping laws:
“Finally, for resales of tickets with a face value of $200 or more (where the event occurs in one of the regulated states or provinces listed below), sellers must include proof of the ticket face value in the listing in the form of a scan of the actual ticket clearly showing the face value. Sellers falsely representing the true face value of any tickets may be permanently suspended from eBay.”
