Virginia Parrotheads are now almost guaranteed to have the Parrothead Vanity Plate approved by the State Legislature. As you may or or may not know, Virginia House Bill #113 has been in the Transportation Committee for about 3 weeks. It came out yesterday. However it is now incorporated with House bill #385, which is basically a catch all bill for several Vanity Plates. Virginia House Bill #385, as it is presently written, will pass with little or no opposition.
