The company (Mills Corp.) was thinking on a grand scale. Sources said it proposed that the project’s retail heart be surrounded by entertainment, including a live studio for an MTV or VH1, a wax museum featuring notable Chicago figures, a Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville restaurant and space with rotating exhibits from local museums.
