Tuesday, 07/23/2002 is the grand opening date of the JB investment at 2031 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach, Florida. This location is only about 20 minutes away from Buffett’s Palm Beach residence. Being a sub contractor, I’ve visited the site on business and observed its rapid progress. Today it was a beehive of activity with upwards of 50+ new employees buzzing around being job trained. The aroma in the air was mouth watering magnificent. It was nice to see JB’s investment trickle-down to the local economy by providing new jobs plus all the other factors this new business effects. Suppliers, vendors, and other related commerce.
