“Pardi Gras 2003” (formerly known as “Meeting of the Mindless”) is the party of the year, folks! Presented by Sail Away Promotions, it takes place in the French Quarter in New Orleans on Thursday, January 16, 2003 thru Sunday, January 19, 2003.
