I want to let everyone know what’s up with the plates. As of today, Thursday the 11th, I have 224 applications. I still need 126 before we can get these issued. I’ve heard from lots of people asking how many I’ve received and when I think we’ll get the plates out. The bottom line is we won’t unless we get applications. If you’ve already applied then thank you very much. If you’re from out of state then you can get a souvenir plate once we have the regular plates issued. If you’ve asked me about the plate but haven’t applied, please, please send in your application. I’ve had over 340 inquiries about the plate. If each one you sent in one application then we’d already have them on the streets. I’ve been advised by my friends to set a deadline. I hesitate to do that because I don’t want to have to extend it if I don’t have the required number. I’d rather be honest and let you know exactly where I stand.
