ZZ Top will not be able to open for Jimmy Buffett at Toyota Stadium in Frisco TX on Saturday May 28th due to an injury of their lead singer. Instead special guest Jerry Jeff Walker will be added for a night at Toyota Stadium that’s not to be missed!

Sorry to anyone wanting to belt “Sharp Dressed Man” alongside ZZ Top live on Memorial Day Weekend in Frisco. ZZ Top will not be opening for Jimmy Buffett at the May 28 concert at Toyota Stadium as originally planned. Texas country singer Jerry Jeff Walker is the opening act replacement.

ZZ Top has postponed its tour indefinitely while Dallas-born lead singer Dusty Hill recovers from a fractured shoulder. The band reports that they plan a tour in September, though no Texas dates are yet on the lineup.

  1. zz top is still number one band period. have faith they are coming back it happened last year and i saw at windstar front row , awesome show all on tv the music will live forever. the real deal guess ill have a drank and listen to zboyz starting on zztop first album douse daat light. bummer zztop a national treasure. they drive me crazy. frank and billy will get him going i pray. its only love. well i’ll go in flip flops instead of sharp dressed man, first time i saw zz top was in denton texas, a small bar 2 dollar cover 1.75 pictchers of beer. never sausage a band. that was 74 maybe. zz rocks
