Bummed About Lost BN Threads

BN has been a cherished and prized online scrapbook of a decade of memories, both mine and my friends. I guess it was asking too much, but I thought that they'd be here forever... that the seams of the BN pocket had no bounds, a bottomless bank of bad habits.

I could easily search any assortment of keywords and dig up whatever it was I was looking for, unearthing treasures of good times past, and reminiscing in the memories of spirited conversations.

I am completely bummed to discover that the archives of this invaluable time capsule have been truncated.

I saw Penny mention that the "BNer's I've Met" thread was lost in the latest update, and I couldn't believe it. But I searched numerous ways, and I couldn't find it either.

Today, I wanted to wax nostalgic to the time I met our very dear Prthd119 / Conolulu... when Penny and Elrod got engaged... and look at the pictures and revisit the heartwarming and hilarious conversations from the Party at the End of The Pool in 2007, but the thread is gone.

I wonder what other threads have gone by the way side.

And are the missing threads "gone gone", or are they still out there somewhere, hopefully able to be dug up in the future?

I can click on my user name and then see my old posts... all the way back to my first post. and then the thread that they were on. But it doesn't have any of the old MSC threads...

We all had lunch at Margaritaville then Tom left to go play golf and I left to drive to Tallahassee for the Buffett concert the next day. I was about 30-45 minutes up the road and I got a call that JD was interviewing Buffett on Radio Margaritaville. I figured even if I turned around and went back, he'd probably be gone by time I got there so I kept driving.

Just noticed the photo gallery has also been changed and truncated, and I can no longer find any of the assorted photos I uploaded over the years.

And, I keep getting this error, which makes me laugh. "Reason: Exceeded the maximum number of page not found errors per minute for humans."

If I were a monkey or a dog, could I keep searching?
