Kevin & a friend are traveling to Nazareth PA today to get one of his guitars that was getting a "tune up" before we move. It's 5 hours round trip and up until yesterday afternoon I was taking that trip with him (again). But then a guy friend said he would go along so now I'm having coffee with a girlfriend and will then have some free time. (Can't believe I typed that -- I rarely have "free" time -- I always can find something to do and that doesn't usually include sitting down).

Yesterday was so busy at work and when I got home, I never got here.

Work was just stupid, as usual..

I stopped at a dermatologist yesterday afternoon - to check on some itchy things. Turns out it neurological. But while there, I had a scan for any cancer. NOTHING. I then asked about 'skin tags', and had about 9 of them removed. Not too ouchy, but they did bleed a bit last night.

We have the Kentucky Derby Saturday and stuff on Sunday, so we did a pick up for liquor and groceries, instead of shopping.

Good morning. The World's Strongest Man competition is in town this weekend. They had it here last year and I didn't go anywhere near the competition site, that won't be changing this year.

I have another trip planned, my flight is 7:19 Monday morning. I should probably get the suitcase out and start packing.

Good late morning gang!
Got an overnight/early morning soaker...sprinkling a bit right now. Cloudy stretch for the weekend but temps are decent at 70 or better all weekend.
Will celebrate a buddies 71st birthday this weekend, but it will probably only entail going out for dinner & drinks (which will be ice tea for me). Other than that nothing special going on.
Big hockey games with the Vegas Golden Knights trying to stave off elimination tonight against the Stars & Nashville trying to do the same against Vancouver . Hopeful the series trailers can send it to game 7's. Those are the best!!

I thought Thorogood put on a good show, he played for a little over 90 minutes. When he introduced the band they were Warren Beatty, Brad Pitt, Jack Nicholson and I forget who the fourth guy was.

Hi there! Anne had an early appointment at our hospital. She pulled into a tight parking space brushing a car and scuffing the paint. I stayed with the car and told the owner what had happened, ready to give our insurance info. She looked at it and said," It's an old car. Don't worry about it." Whew... our car had more actual paint damage.

It's been very busy the past few days at work. We have a graduation at one of the local colleges and it's prom. We had prom last week and will for the next Two weeks.
I'm off tomorrow for the Derby. Next week is going to be even more busy because it Mother's Day Week.
I'm starting to feel a little bit better but Bryan is still struggling and feeling like crap.
