My kids lived on a sail boat in the Florida Keys? Does that count?buffettbride wrote:I think I want my new occupation to be selling sunglasses from a cart in (insert warm beachy place). Now if it would only pay rent and not screw up my kids to become a beach bum, I'd be all set.

With Charlotte being my 30th JB concert since '91, I've run into all sorts and heard of all sorts of Parrothead occupations.....lawyers, doctors, mailmen, etc....but last night I took a pal of mine to the show there in Charlotte. And while it marked my 30th show, it also marked the first time I've run into this one.....my pal is a Federal Agent. Just goes to show it's true....we welcome ALL kinds. Have a great summer everyone!

...lol or at least an important one to me criminal defense attorney. And as the poster above mentioned I have been to dozens of concerts over the past 15 years and have metpeople from every imaginable profession. That is why the concerts are so much fun. One day of escapism from our hectic worlds!!
Spending 24/7 in a Key West state of mind......

took a friend and his wife to thier first concert a couple of years ago. he was a U.S. Federal Marshal, now retired. it was pretty funny when we found out he had is gun and handcuffs with him hidden under his hawaiian shirt. thought he might have to leave the show because of "work" but wasn't about to miss his first concert....
I'd feel bad for you, but I have no soul.....

I heard somebody describe Parrotheads as deadheads with educations. These jobs hit the nail on the head.
I sell furniture and appliances full time and I am also a full time student.
I graduate in three weeks, anybody need an employee with sales experience and an education?
