Got it to play. It was beautiful. Another worthy addition to what's shaping up to be a very special album!

I loved it. So poignant for someone about to make the last voyage of discovery ,,, beyond the end ... I listened a bit to the Irish original, and to Jimmy's demo for FSOTW, but the last version is the best. Really moving!

Snowparrot, was the other version you listened to by Mary Black?
What if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

Another amazing new song. I think he knew the end was coming but not sure when. Sure does seem like a curated selection of songs to help with it all.

I also listened to Jimmy's older one, and one by a woman singer (right now I just can't recall her name) and I agree... I like this latest one the best!Snowparrot wrote: September 22, 2023 8:49 pm I loved it. So poignant for someone about to make the last voyage of discovery ,,, beyond the end ... I searched on Spotify and found Mary Black's version, it was recorded in 1989. I also found it by David Crosby from his A Thousand Roads album in 1993.Caribbean Soul wrote: September 24, 2023 4:28 pmI also listened to Jimmy's older one, and one by a woman singer (right now I just can't recall her name) and I agree...
