Haha. I need to see it. Won't be back for another 6 thousand years. I'll need new glasses by then.

And the cardboard cutouts in center field all have cameras.....springparrot wrote: ↑July 24, 2020 9:16 pm Game has started. Very weird. One announcer has covid, cardboard cut outs in stands and video game crowd noise.
I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but sometimes they have really good ideas…..

I watched the Mets this afternoon, they played the Atlanta Braves. They showed some of the cardboard "fans" in the stands at Citi Field, I saw Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest. There was also former Braves 3rd baseman Chipper Jones and his son. Chipper used to hit really well against the Mets, especially before they moved to Citi Field when they played in Shea Stadium. He named his son Shea.springparrot wrote: ↑July 24, 2020 9:16 pm Game has started. Very weird. One announcer has covid, cardboard cut outs in stands and video game crowd noise.

Has anybody else watch the posted video of Jimmy doing "Captain and the Kid" ? Never was one of my favorites. But, does anybody else notice the reflection on his face and eyes as to what that song means to him? Pretty cool...

not that i would say that "i know him", but he is close friend of neighbors of ours.....his real name is Dan....and have had a few evenings, including a few on our patio, with him.......Not what you would expect. But on the other hand, have had to ask him to stop because you just can't take laughing, you can't catch your breath, it hurt, and you had to pee so bad......and about a subject that just goes south
