It's Vanilla Ice Cream Day. This is a good thing for me as I don't like Chocolate. I'd put some caramel syrup, a little whipped cream and some peanuts on mine....what about you?

Vanilla is fine - better with toppings/syrups. My favorite is mint chocolate chip. Don't eat ice cream much, really like it, but it doesn't like me, and I don't have much of a sweet tooth.

I'll have chocolate ice cream with chunks of brownie in it covered with dark chocolate Hershey's syrup. Chocolate mint is good as is vanilla bean, all with Hershey's on it. I have ice cream every evening this time of year.

A week or so ago I bought two containers of limited edition Turkey Hill ice cream.
Brown Sugar Bourbon Vanilla. Pretty good and makes one hell of a milkshake.
When I'm out of creamer I put ice cream in my coffee. Yep.

Since we got off "lockdown" just before Memorial Day people were chomping at the bit to get "North" into Vacation land. Supply & demand no doubt, demand being HIGH after being cooped up for so long.
