International Asteroid Day Tuesday @ the MSC

Post by Dr.Corona »

Good Morning BN'ers!!
Asteroids.....anyone else have issues with them. Can be damn painful
Asteroids.....while I dabbled with the video game never was obsessed like some others.
Asteroids.....not gonna worry about any hitting the planet Earth as long as Bruce Willis is around! (see Armageddon)
Hope everyone enjoys their Asteroid free day, unless you choose to browse this link!!

Well I'm not worried. Certainly a group of sjw's will declare an "asteroid free zone" somewhere and
that will solve the problem. :pirate:

Good evening. I went to get my mail about an hour ago and there were a lot of really dark clouds off to the west. About 5 minutes later there were some rumbles of thunder for a few minutes, then the rain started pouring down and it hasn't stopped. At least the grass will be green.

I heard that when, or if, baseball restarts they're going to use a minor league rule this season. In an attempt to speed things up, when a game goes into extra innings the batter who made the last out in the previous inning will start the extra inning on second base. I didn't like it at Pelicans games, I won't like it in the major leagues.

Hi boys and girls. Small break from the couch. It's getting boring, but the more rest the better. :) Things are healing and my plan is to go back to work in a week, and I think I'll be able to make it if things stay the same as it is now.

Have walked a few hundred yards yesterday and today, so that's good.

Back to my space on the couch.

TTFN :)

It's hot and steamy here and the weather is supposed to be a repeat through the holiday weekend. The flower shop will be closed Friday through Monday! I will be cleaning house on Friday in preparation for our family get together on Sunday. The youngest daughter, her fiance and her bonus son are coming as well as our middle daughter. The bonus grandson is 6 and has requested a Mexican menu and Strawberry Shortcake, and that is what he shall have!
We have been working on the front windows at the shop (finally!) And we are a little more than half way done! Yay 🎉 But I'm thankful for a short week 😊. We are supposed to be opening up to the public on Monday the 6th....we shall see!

The Pelicans made it official. There's an announcement on their website that there won't be a minor league baseball season this year. I wonder how long it's going to take before I get a refund for my season ticket package.
