These are wonderful! I rember watching the vine jumpers as a kid. That pic really nailed it.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

We had the "Nagol" or land diving painting especially commissioned.
We saw one like it in the bar of a place we were staying and asked a local artist if she could do something similar. It turns out that the original was by her late brother so she was very excited to get asked to do it.
Three days later it arrived in our room. We were ecstatic with it.
We really have come to like the somewhat naive nature of the Vanuatu 'school'. Simple strokes but such meaning and vitality.
